Returns

 

We do not accept returns on any opened or used food items.

However, if you receive:
   •    A damaged product
   •    An incorrect item
   •    A defective or compromised package

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

 

Refunds & Replacements

 

Once we review your request, we will:
   •    Offer a replacement for the affected item, or
   •    Issue a refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible)

 

Non-Returnable Items

   •    Opened or used products
   •    Items without original packaging
   •    Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
